Over the past few decades and with the collaboration of my partner, Stephen Wilson, we have transformed over 40 properties from total disasters to updated versions of what the architect originally intended.

As a fifth generation Los Angeleno, I embrace the rich and diverse architectural heritage of my city and its surrounding communities. Seeing wonderful buildings severely altered or destroyed has ignited my passion for restoring and preserving these extraordinary architectural properties. Stehpen's east coast roots and his background in graphic design have played an important roll in our architectural restorations and interior design projects. Our projects have been diverse including an elegant Paul Williams traditional, Ralph Flewelling's graceful moderne accessed by 1930s Italian style tower, Craig Ellwood's international award winning Courtyard Apartments, Rodney Walker's crisp mid century modern Bel Air residence and Chris Choate's floating Japanese pavilion. Our most recent projects include two more Palm Springs homes by the amazing William Krisel, a condominium in West Hollywood by Leland Bryant and the iconic Palm Springs Harold Hicks Building by E Steward Williams.

We like to finish the process and see a completed picture so there was a natural progression into interior design. Brandon Hoskins Design encompasses residential and commercial design, working with a clientele as diverse as the homes we have restored: an internet mogul, a fashion photographer, a sex therapist, a film writer and the owner of a infamous Sunset Strip nightclub. On the commercial side our projects have taken us into the world of fashion, designing boutiques and showrooms for clothing designers and Bloomingdales Department Stores.

In our latest venture, we have decided to make our style available to everyone and opened a shop, Towne Palm Springs. It's a mix of vintage and modern furniture, accessories and art that represents our point of view and hopefully mixes easily with your's too. We are located in the Uptown Design District in Palm Springs in the design collective building called The Shops at Thirteen Forty Five. The iconic building by E Stewart Williams adds to the shopping experience as well as nine other diverse design stores. To find out more, go to TownePS or our Facebook and Instagram pages.
